Imagine, instead of half a duck it's a quarter duck, instead of three lamb chops, it's one really juicy nice one!  It's a full lobster tail in your spring roll! You probably expect to pay $40 bucks or more for your lamb chops, so doesn't $18 for our lamb chop delight you in more ways than one?!!  Oh, want some more? Well then, have more!!!  Want less? You got it!  Bite specializes in a great compact menu that is beautifully complimented with weekly specials. Just relax and have fun. South Town is so cool!

Chef/Owner Lisa Astorga-Watel, is proud to present her new restaurant "Bite".

Chef Lisa Astorga-Watel grew up in Santiago, Chile before moving to Houston, Texas where she attended The Culinary Art Institute. She went on to have a successful career as a private chef for celebrities before meeting her husband, Chef Damien Watel.  The couple is now married with one son named Enzo.  The menu's eclectic "70's modern twist" taste and portions are directly influenced by Chef Astorga-Watel's travels around the globe.
